The Wisconsin Law Review of the University of Wisconsin Law School hosted a two-day symposium on the Restatement of the Law, The Law of American Indians that brought together leading experts in federal Indian law to discuss the Restatement and critical practice areas. The symposium examined the Institute’s newly approved Restatement in five sessions, and featured presentations by Restatement Reporter and WLR Symposium Chair Matthew L.M. Fletcher, and Associate Reporters Wenona T. Singel and Kaighn Smith Jr.
