Panelists address education reform in “The Path of Education Reform: Law, Politics, and Public Policy,” a discussion held at ALI’s 2018 Annual Meeting. Moderated by California Supreme Court Justice Goodwin Liu, the discussion addressed covered several topics in education reform including race, language, economic means, charter and private schools, and more. Justice Liu was joined by Theodore J. Boutrous Jr. of Gibson Dunn, John B. King Jr. of The Education Trust, and Nina Rees of National Association of Public Charter Schools.
